Snowdrops

Posted In: Flowers | Lifestyle

Snowdrops are considered heralds of spring. The first bloom of the snowdrop is considered a sign that early spring is setting in and the dark winter months are slowly coming to an end. The earliest flowers can break through the snow as early as January, making every gardener’s heart skip a beat. The main flowering period extends from February to March.

I have wanted to take images like this for ages and  since we are all more or less confined at home, I have used this Valentine’s Day to get a little creative! Sometimes an hour of creating and being creative is just what the doctor ordered.
